In close partnership with the Board, the staff are dedicated to the Foundation’s core mission of raising and managing funds to support the College, its students and faculty. The team manages myriad responsibilities – managing capital fundraising campaigns, overseeing the scholarship process, staging successful events, and more.

Sara Anton
Sara became CEO in July 2025. A Boston-area native, she spent her childhood summers on Cape Cod and returned there in 2004 to raise her family.
Known by her peers as “the happiest person in fundraising,” Sara finds joy in connecting with donors and prospects, hearing their stories, and helping them connect their passions to real impact here on the Cape.
“Cape Cod is a place like no other, and so is the College. I’m excited to build on the strong foundation already in place and work alongside an incredible team to support student success and create lasting impact across the region. With ongoing uncertainty around public funding, the Foundation’s role in promoting student wellbeing and financial stability has never been more important.”
Sara is a graduate of Union College and holds a master’s in social work from Boston College. She has held leadership and development roles with several nonprofits over the years, including the Walker Home and School in Needham, the Breckenridge Music Festival, the Alliance to Protect Nantucket Sound, Gosnold Behavioral Health and Calmer Choice.
Sara is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a member of the Board of Directors at Philanthropy Partners of Cape & Islands, where she also co-chairs Philanthropy Day on Cape Cod. She and her husband, Matt live in Sandwich and have 3 children- Sean, Addie, and Nate and a sweet ‘Mississippi mutt’ named Dottie.

Samantha Ricciardi
Director of Scholarships and Community Engagement
Samantha Ricciardi
Samantha Ricciardi has worked in the nonprofit sector since graduating from Westfield State University in 2015 with bachelor’s degrees in communications and history. She continued her education at Purdue University, earning a master’s degree in higher education in 2022.
Samantha joined the Foundation in 2022 as a Development Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Scholarships and Community Engagement in January 2026. In her role, she is passionate about fostering meaningful community connections and expanding scholarship opportunities that support student success.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys traveling, with Germany next on her bucket list. She is also an avid hiker and loves exploring the outdoors with her fiancé and their pup, Oliver.

Beverly McNeill
Director of Finance
Beverly McNeill
Beverly McNeill brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across nonprofit, hospitality, corporate, and real estate organizations. As Director of Finance for the Foundation, she is passionate about expanding educational opportunities and supporting its continued success and growth.
Beverly began her higher education journey at Massasoit Community College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Her own community college experience helped shape her appreciation for accessible education and the opportunities it creates, making her role with the Foundation especially meaningful.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Beverly served as Senior Accountant at Manomet Conservation Sciences and spent more than two decades with InnSeason Management and RiverWalk Resorts, where she advanced to Controller overseeing complex multi-entity financial operations and leading the accounting team across diverse business operations. She is known for improving financial processes, strengthening reporting accuracy, and fostering collaboration across teams.
After spending summers on Cape Cod as a child, Beverly chose to make the Cape her home to raise her family in a place that has always been close to her heart. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, boating, skiing, and making memories with her husband, their three children, and their dog, Finn.

Alexandra Hofford

Alexandra Hofford
Alexandra graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2016 with a degree in Resource Economics, specializing in Marketing and Business Management. After graduation she worked for small businesses and non-profit organizations in administrative, educational and recruitment roles. One of the highlights of her career was teaching nutrition education to elementary school students in New England as an AmeriCorps FoodCorps service member.
Alexandra is a native New Yorker with lifelong ties to Cape Cod. She moved to the Cape full time in 2022 and lives here happily with her husband.
She is excited to be joining the CCCCEF team and making a positive impact on the local community.
