Annual Foundation Events

Golf Tournament
For 32 years the Foundation has hosted the CCCC Benefit Golf Tournament. The golf outing brings individuals together from all over Cape Cod and the South Shore for a day of fun and golf with friends! This years tournament will be held on Monday, September 21 at The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee!
