Christina Silva is the current Program Director for the Y Achievers Program at the YMCA Cape Cod. She is a Cape Cod Community College graduate (2022) and holds a bachelor’s degree in human service from Southern New Hampshire University (2024). She is also currently enrolled at Columbia School of Social Work, working towards her master’s degree in Social Work. Christina is an experienced speaker, having been chosen by CCCC to be the Evening of Excellence Speaker in 2021, and Student Commencement speaker in 2022. She also spoke while receiving her Distinguished Alumni award from Cape Cod Community College’s Social Sciences and Human Service Department in 2025, as well as the Governors Roundtable, and leads multiple meetings with the Y Achievers yearly across the Cape. She is a proud member of the Cape Cod branch of the NAACP and the CCYP Leadership Committee.
